Adam Combs is a filmmaker & writer based in British Columbia, specializing in documentary film and storycraft *
Over the past decade as a Director, Writer, Editor, and Cinematographer, Adam’s work has been rooted in stories of sovereignty and healing. He has collaborated closely with Indigenous Nations and Governments across Turtle Island, and with commercial clients including BBC StoryWorks, Land Rover, Canon, GMC, and The Nature Conservancy. His work has been featured on BBC, CBC, Global TV, Canada's National Observer, and in film festivals worldwide.
*From a young age, Adam has been drawn to spiritual ecology, mythopoetics, and perennial wisdom. Since first picking up a camera seventeen years ago, reconnection to soul and land - story as medicine - has been his guiding source. His work serves to be a vessel through which one can glimpse the sacred.
// This is the real secret of life - to be completely engaged with what you are
doing in the here and now. And instead of calling it work, realize it is play. //
